Two adults and a dog is considered three characters. Anything the size of a baby or larger: musical instruments, bicycles, skateboards, etc.Įxamples: Two adults and a babe-in-arms is considered two characters. Yes, size may differ but details often make up for the size differences!Īccessories of large sizes are also considered an additional character. A child, adult, pet, or stand-alone baby of any size or style is considered it's own character. If you see something you'd like to change in the pattern as you're stitching it, simply make the change on the fly - we'll never know! :)Ī "character" is considered anything other than a babe-in-arms. However, please keep in mind the limitations of Stitch People portraits (characters are max 1 inch wide by around 2 inches tall), and the fact that digital representations of the pattern do not reflect the warmth, detail, and finished look of a fully-completed, stitched portrait.Īlso, you're not beholden to the pattern once you receive it. Working with our designer, you'll have one opportunity to provide one round of edits and/or feedback. Will Stitch People Make Changes to the Pattern? The successful design of your custom pattern is dependent up on the detail you provide us at this point! The information we'll need includes a detailed description of each character, preferred order of characters, the kind of text you'd like beneath the characters, as well as photos of each character to ensure a better likeness and capturing of important details. During that time, we'll correspond if we have questions, and give you a chance to provide some feedback (more about that below).Īfter purchasing, you'll receive an email from us with a number of questions we'll need answers to in order to get going on your pattern. We will need around 10 business days from when we receive details from you (more about that below).
